New Chapter Styling Experience
For the woman ready for a wardrobe that reflects who she is.
When Your Wardrobe Stops Reflecting Who You Are
If you're making do with a wardrobe that no longer feels like you, it's time to change that. Every outfit should represent who you are now, not a past version you've outgrown.
Often, your identity, responsibilities and lifestyle have evolved, while your wardrobe has remained anchored in an earlier stage of life.
The difficult part is knowing what to do about it, why it's happened, and what the next step is. That's where I come in.
Before we change your wardrobe, I want to understand what has changed about you. We don't waste time on processes that don't add to the final result.
I do the hard work, so you don't have to.
I don't start with clothes — I start with context.
I have to understand who you are, where you're going, what your wardrobe needs to do for you at this specific point in your life.
Your wardrobe doesn't exist in isolation. We look at identity, proportion, colour, lifestyle and longevity as a connected system rather than separate decisions.
Most personal styling focuses on optimisation. Better colours, flattering silhouettes, smarter purchases. That approach works when life is stable, but it falls short when your identity, visibility or priorities have shifted. You need something different — someone that can connect the dots and see what needs to be done.
I've worked with women through different chapters from career changes, new roles, new decades, business launches and other significant turning points. What I've learned is that the answer rarely starts with buying more clothes.
My clients' greatest transformation comes from understanding what is no longer working, seeing what they already own differently, and learning to trust their own judgement.
What the Experience Includes
Chapter 1
The Foundation
Style Insights and Style DNA
We begin by understanding your existing style, your wardrobe history, unique body shape and personalised colour palette, lifestyle and the direction your life is taking. This gives me the context to understand what is really happening in your wardrobe before we start making changes.
Chapter 2
Style Clarity
Wardrobe Edit and Outfit Strategy
We look closely at what you already own, what is working, what isn't, what still feels like you and what may be keeping you anchored to an earlier chapter.
From there, we identify what needs to change, what can be worked with differently and where there are genuine gaps.
Chapter 3
A New You
Personal Shopping and Alterations
Once we know what is needed, personal shopping becomes much more focused. You don't have to spend hours searching through options or second-guessing every purchase. I use what I've learned about you and your wardrobe to identify what is genuinely worth introducing.
Where something you already own can be altered, restyled or brought back into use, we'll consider that too.
Private Client Service
12 months styling support and ongoing wardrobe guidance
The first three months are the most intensive. The wider experience gives you time to live with the changes, see what works in real life and refine your wardrobe as your life evolves.
The intention isn't to make you dependent on me for every decision. It's to give you the understanding and self-trust to make better decisions for yourself, with my perspective available when you need it.
The 12-month Private Styling Support includes quarterly wardrobe reviews and on-the-go style support.
I had such a great time working with Roberta! Her enthusiasm is so contagious and her knowledge completely changed the way I think about fashion — I feel like I've finally found my own style and I genuinely didn't expect it to make such a difference to my confidence. It's been such a valuable experience and I use what I learned every single day. Can't recommend her enough!!

My I.M.P.A.C.T. Framework
I have been fascinated by the power of clothing since I was young. In performing arts, I used clothing, hair and make-up to get into character and alter my stage presence.
Whilst working in corporate communications, I quickly understood people were forming an impression of me before I had a chance to speak.
I realised that communication is not just about words. What we choose to wear, influences how we feel, how we are seen, understood and remembered.
Every time we get dressed is an opportunity to make the most of each day.
Through confidence coaching with women, and a fascination with psychology, I learned to map actions to outcomes and consequences. I very quickly realised that clothes could do a lot more for us than simply make us look nice.
My work in sustainability includes wearing my values, the discipline of 100 wears, reviewing thousands of brands through the Ethical Brand Directory, and working with people who wanted to make an impact in the world through the businesses and brands they created.
Every part of the I.M.P.A.C.T. Framework relates to a part of that story. It is a path I have walked myself and carefully curated over the last 10 years.
Clarity Before Transformation
The New Chapter Styling Experience begins by stepping back and understanding how your wardrobe supports the life you are living today, and how your style needs to evolve moving forward.
Rather than making isolated changes, we establish a clear styling strategy first, creating the foundations that allow your wardrobe to develop with confidence and a clear direction.
You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what needs to change. That's part of my role. I bring the experience and perspective to identify what is working, what isn't, where the gaps are and which changes will make the greatest difference.
Being a certified coach as well as stylist certainly helps, but my real gift is being able to connect the dots and make sense of your wardrobe and see things you cannot.
That means you're not wasting your time and money trying to figure this out alone and getting sub-standard results. You want your style to reflect who you are and what you believe in. That's where I come in.
I don't just shop for generic pieces. I align what we buy with who you are and what you want to communicate. Nine plus years working with independent sustainable luxury brands as a stylist and my brand consulting at Ethical Brand Directory taught me a lot about integrity, quality and craftsmanship.
She totally helped me see my current wardrobe in a new way, identified the very few missing pieces, and helped me get clear on what does and does not work for me.

The Value Is in the Clarity & Self-Trust
You can find clothes everywhere. What is much harder is knowing which clothes are right for you, which brands to trust and what items will be worth the investment.
When you're looking at your own wardrobe, it's difficult to be objective. You know what you've always worn, what you've spent money on and the pieces you can't quite let go of.
My role is to look at the whole picture. I help you see what is working, and what isn't, what has earned its place, what is missing and what you simply don't need — and why.
I can tell you where a new item will make a genuine difference, where something you already own can be used differently, and when the answer isn't another purchase, just a new perspective.
My goal is for you to be able to trust your own judgment. I help you align, then we refine together — and over time, with my support you'll find the discernment is all yours.
I will not have the problem ever again to have a full wardrobe and nothing to wear. Cannot wait to get dressed tomorrow morning.

A New Chapter Deserves a New Direction
I've worked with women at every kind of turning point: a new role, a move to a new country, a new decade - a new start, an empty nest, a relationship change, a career change or business launch.
The one thing every client has in common? They all come to me because they no longer love the clothes hanging in their wardrobe. And they don't know where to begin.
That frustration is something I understand personally. For sustainability reasons I had told myself "I'd make do". In the end that ended up having an impact on how I showed up.
Why My Approach Is Different:
Redefining Luxury
When you work with me, you're not just working with a Style & Identity Expert who specialises in sustainability. My 10+ years of personal styling and confidence coaching with women has taught me to look at the internal dynamics behind our choices: what we reach for, what we avoid and what those choices can reveal about how we see ourselves.
My background in performing arts showed me how clothing can create character and presence. My years in corporate communications reinforced that people are reading us before we have a chance to say a word. As the founder of the Ethical Brand Directory, I've also spent years looking beyond the surface of fashion, considering provenance, craftsmanship, values and longevity.
All of that informs the way I work with private clients today. I take care of the whole process, liaising with you or your PA/EA and scheduling everything around your availability, so you can simply show up and enjoy the experience.
I would give Roberta six stars if I could! I have been blown away by her brilliance. Roberta took care of everything.

This allows time for each stage of the process – from the initial Style Discovery through to personal shopping and wardrobe refinement. Do I need to prepare anything before we begin?
The process begins with a Style Discovery and consultation. This allows me to understand your lifestyle, wardrobe history and the challenges you are experiencing before we begin the transformation.
Is the VIP Colour Analysis included?
Yes. The Colour Analysis Experience forms part of the foundational stage of the programme, helping identify the colours that work naturally with your complexion and integrate seamlessly into your wardrobe.

The aim is for you to leave with the clarity and understanding to continue making decisions for yourself, with Private Styling Support available when you need an expert advice throughout the year.
