Luxury Personal Styling London
Personal Styling for Women Whose Lives Have Evolved
I don’t start with clothes. I start with context: who you are now, how your life operates, and what you need your wardrobe to support. Based in London, my luxury personal styling method redefines what luxury means personally to each and every client.
Most personal styling focuses on optimisation. Better colours, flattering silhouettes, smarter purchases. That approach works when life is stable. It falls short when identity, visibility, or priorities have shifted.
I work with women who want confidence from their clothes, and with women who already feel confident in themselves, yet sense that the wardrobe no longer reflects it. They have style. The clothes have not quite caught up.
Today, I feel like my wardrobe finally reflects the woman I am now.

What I Mean by Identity-Led Personal Styling
Identity and the inner work come first. Styling then becomes a strategic tool for expressing who you are, with your wardrobe designed not only for where you are now, but for where you are going. Sustainability has been part of my approach since 2015, with provenance, craftsmanship and longevity at the heart of how I make decisions.
My approach also challenges the traditional idea of luxury - moving away from logos and accumulation towards meaningful investment, bespoke solutions and choices that feel unmistakably yours.
If you don't feel at ease getting dressed in the morning, have difficulty choosing or matching colours, or feel uneasy about your shape, have Roberta help you make this journey easier and more fun.

Style Should Support the Woman You Are Becoming
Your style should empower you without compromising your values. Beautiful clothes can still honour the people who make them, and sustainability does not have to mean sacrificing quality, pleasure or personal expression. For me, sustainability is about discernment: knowing what deserves a place in your wardrobe, investing in what matters and making choices that feel aligned with who you are.
A Sustainable Wardrobe That Evolves With You
When women are navigating leadership, career change, personal reinvention, midlife shifts, or greater visibility, a wardrobe built around fixed rules can easily keep them anchored to a past version of themselves. My work starts with the woman you are now - and considers where you are going next. The wardrobe becomes a tool to support that evolution, rather than something you have to fit yourself into.
Sustainability here is about building a wardrobe that can change as you do. It means choosing fewer, better pieces, investing in longevity, repeating what you love and adapting what you already own rather than constantly replacing it. Your wardrobe should support who you are becoming - not keep you dressed as who you used to be.
Why There Is No Perfect Wardrobe
There is no final wardrobe that solves style forever. I have lived that first-hand. Bodies change, lives and roles change, where we live changes, and confidence deepens and shifts.
I always tell my clients there is no perfect sustainable wardrobe, only one that can evolve with you, supporting you as life unfolds and new chapters emerge.
Style, identity, learning and growth all impact how we show up - and our wardrobe needs to adapt and support that.
Style isn't about clothes - it's a journey, not a final destination.
The wardrobe edit was a real eye-opener that not only streamlined my wardrobe into versatile outfits but challenged me to let go of clothes I'd been emotionally hanging on to for years.

The I.M.P.A.C.T. Framework
I have been fascinated by the power of clothing since I was young. In performing arts I used clothing for character and stage presence - costume, hair and make-up. In corporate communications I understood that what I wore meant people were reading me before I had a chance to say a word. That is when I saw that communications is not just words. We communicate so much to ourselves simply by what we choose to wear, and that frames our day.
Through confidence coaching with women, and a fascination with psychology, I learned to map actions to outcomes and consequences. I very quickly realised that clothes could do a lot more for us than simply make us look nice.
My work in sustainability includes wearing my values, the discipline of 100 wears, reviewing thousands of brands through the Ethical Brand Directory, and working with people who wanted to make an impact in the world through the businesses and brands they created.
Every part of the I.M.P.A.C.T. Framework relates to a part of that story - a path I have walked myself, and carefully curated over the last 10-years.

The New Chapter Styling Experience
The New Chapter Styling Experience is my most comprehensive personal styling engagement - a fully personalised wardrobe transformation for women entering a significant new chapter of life or career.
It is designed for women whose wardrobe no longer reflects who they are today or the direction their life is moving. Clients often come to this work after significant personal or professional growth, when their responsibilities have evolved and they want their wardrobe to reflect that shift with greater clarity and confidence.
The outcome is a wardrobe that aligns with your identity, supports your lifestyle and removes the daily uncertainty of getting dressed - long-term alignment between who you are and how you present yourself.
Who Is Identity-Led Personal Styling For?
This approach is most effective for women who:
- Feel confident internally, but uncertain how to express that visually
- Have outgrown a wardrobe that once worked well
- Are entering a new chapter, decade, or level of visibility
- Value depth, intention, and longevity over trends
- Want clarity, not constant shopping
This is about aligning how you show up with who you already are, and who you are becoming.
I would give Roberta six stars if I could! I have been blown away by her brilliance - Roberta took care of everything.
