The Website is operated by The Fit Consultancy Ltd (“We” or “Us”) operating under the business trading name Roberta Style Lee. We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 09559925 and have our registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU on 24 April 2015.

1. Accessing the Website

1.1 Access to the www.robertastylelee.co.uk is free. Payment is required to access Roberta Style Online Courses. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on either of the websites. For the free website we are not required to give any notice (see below). We will not be liable if, for any reason, any of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. 

1.2 From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or all sites, to users who have registered with us.

1.3 If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

1.4 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Website through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

2.1 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

All of the information applications and content published over the Internet is intended only to assist users in their life and style goals. Roberta Style Lee is not a medical organisation and our staff cannot give you medical advice or diagnosis. Nothing contained in this Website should be construed as such advice or diagnosis. The information, plans, consultations and reports generated by us should not be interpreted as a substitute for doctor or specialist consultation, evaluation, or treatment.

Individuals that suffer from depression and extreme anxiety are specifically warned to seek professional medical advice prior to initiating any form of dramatic changes to their life – the impact of style coaching, changes to ones lifestyle or visual identity cannot be determined prior to commencing – therefore no responsibility can be held by Roberta Style Lee for any physical or psychological implications. Participation is always at your own risk. Roberta Lee, and/or the team reserve the right to decline work with any client who may be considered at risk, vulnerable, any that requires us to participate in business activities that may be considered ‘unethical’.

4. Our site changes regularly

We aim to update the Website regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the Website, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on the Website may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

5.1 The material displayed on the Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we, other members of our group of companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly exclude:

8.3 Whilst we will not intentionally allow the Website to be used for such purposes, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.

11. Jurisdiction and applicable law

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

11.2 If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Trade marks

Roberta Style Lee and combinations / translations thereof, as well as any other marks shown on this website in relation to our products and services are trade marks and must not be used without permission. Any other marks used on the website(s) or associated materials are the property of their owners and must not be used without permission.

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.
