I will be sharing my tips on how to start your very own fast-fashion detox and experience the benefits of slowing down and consuming less. I have personally found a fashion-detox to be very liberating and there’s one really cool thing that I do which helps me save money, keeps me motivated whilst ‘fasting’ and rewards the commitment and dedication of the detox.
I’m also going to talk about a few wasted food ideas that have successfully been explored in the fashion industry. What do pineapples, coffee beans, milk and root vegetables all have in common? Well, I’m going to let you in on some interesting advances in the textile world and how the future of fashion can not only be ethical and sustainable – but also waste free!
