Style SOS – Ongoing Styling Support Service: Get styling and shopping advice when you need it most! This digital support service lets you contact me after our sessions for ad hoc questions and support as you evolve on your sustainable styling journey.  It might be a second opinion for an outfit, or a question about how to tuck in a shirt. No question is too silly.  You can also benefit from a 30-minute check-in via Zoom every month (during an active subscription) perfect for when the seasons change and you need wardrobe refresh advice.

Your Style SOS subscription gives you Whatsapp support Mon – Fri between 10-6 pm (response time between within 2-12 hours).

You can also benefit from a 30-minute check-in via Zoom every month (during an active subscription) perfect for when the seasons change and you need wardrobe refresh advice.

I’ve used Roberta’s fashion SOS service now for two very different events – a wedding in Venice and a London awards ceremony. She helped me repurpose an old dress with a couple of key new accessories, supporting me while I was in the shopping centre via WhatsApp.

what to expect:

Style SOS has been designed to give you the support and confidence you need as you evolve on your styling journey.  The style evolution, questions, and styling dilemmas don’t just automatically stop once you finish a styling package – it’s a process.  Having a stylist in your pocket just one message away can give you all the reassurance you need to embrace the journey.

– You’ll have signed up to a subscription service with a discounted fee based on your package deal
– You’ll save my number and download whatsapp if you are not already using it

during

– You can send me questions or photos for quick answers throughout the week Mon-Fri between 10-6pm
– There is a fair usage policy in place, a max of 30-minutes per month
– Book a feedback session in advance

after

– Minutes do not roll over, so you are encouraged to book your check-in sessions in advance of your subscription end date
– Once the subscription has expired – you can renew on a rolling monthly basis

Only of you’re an existing client and we’ve worked together before.  Style SOS is not suitable for replacing full styling services – it is an add-on complimentary service that builds on the knowledge and styling experience.

Up to 30 minutes –  this can be split across messages over the month – or you can book a monthly check-in over Zoom.  A fair usage policy is in place.  You will be notified if you are exceeding the limits each month.

If I am on a shoot or with a client, I won’t be checking my phone. So I cannot promise instant feedback but I will endeavour to provide feedback within 12 hours.  If it’s a quick question that requires a yes or no – or I can leave a quick voice note, I may be able to respond within minutes
