FAQs - Existing Personal Styling Clients London & Online
Yes – all clients with an active Style SOS Membership can reach me using our dedicated WhatsApp channel. Full details regarding the service will have been explained during your initial consultation.
Depending on the experience, yes, some include documents or email summaries – or private notes added to your account area.
All of my VIP clients get a dedicated account area on my website. All styling resources will be linked from this location so you never have to ‘remember’ where your colour chart is or find your moodboards or outfit recommendations.

Yes! All of my existing clients get £150 of credit added to their account for every successful recommendation.

I have a residency in Mayfair where I can see my VIP clients. This is perfect for clients who do not live in London who are just passing through.
Yes. I have worked with A-list clients to source exclusive sustainable outfits for high-profile events. I dress all kinds of clients from professional women, to those in corporate to entrepreneurs for Stage Appearances, Award Ceremonies, Red-Carpets and Dinner Galas, Weddings, Holidays and Personal Branding Shoots and more.
Yes. I have an exclusive process designed for high-profile clients who expect privacy and confidentiality. I have worked with A-list clients and HNW individuals – I understand the requirements .
Yes, I do work with men. Bespoke packages are available. Please enquire.
Most services can be done remotely for personal styling.
I do not offer the Colour Analysis or Body Shape Experience remotely.
Short notice bookings can sometimes be accommodated, you can request to be added to the wait list. If an appointment is moved to another date by an existing client – all those on the wait list will be emailed.

For the exclusive New Chapter Styling Experience, this is via application only and limited availability.
FAQs - Commercial Personal Styling Requests
Yes. For commercial shoots and editorial styling, I offer a range of services from creative director and head stylist, to more basic style curation for editorial shoots.
Prices are all POA.

Yes. I have worked with several different PR agencies over the years to deliver brand campaigns for PR and advertising projects.
Short notice bookings can sometimes be accommodated, however fees are higher. It is recommended that you allow 12-weeks run time for commercial projects due to the many moving parts / people involved.
The rate for commercial styling varies based on the complexity of the project.
The full package includes: prep, creative direction, models, styling, photography, videography if needed – this is provided by the full Roberta Style Lee Creative Team.
FAQs - Sustainable Brand Reviews & Partnerships
It is not something I pro-actively seek.
I am not an influencer. However my clients do value honest reviews of luxury services and products that align with their values and expectations of exceptional quality. For this reason, I accept a handful of brand reviews per year – only if it feels like a natural fit.
A minimum of 3-months lead time. Sustainable brand reviews are ‘rare’. I only work with brands that align with the Roberta Style Lee ethics and sustainability policies are considered: https://robertastylelee.co.uk/ethics-and-sustainability/
Discounted rates are available for Ethical Brand Directory members. For all other brands please request the brand review brochure to see rates.

Yes, I do use affiliate links for a few selected brands. What happens is they credit me a tiny thank you (typically between 4-8%) when a person clicks on a link and buys something via my recommendation.

Unfortunately not. My available time is carefully managed between my VIP clients and speaking engagements.
On the rare occasion a brand is approached by me or my team for inclusion in a event guide, on my website for example – timeframes for delivery can be between 8-12 weeks.
