About roberta lee

London-based Style & Identity Expert, Stylist and Creative Director

I’m Roberta Lee, a London-based stylist and creative director working at the intersection of style, identity and long-term value.

My work sits beyond clothing. I focus on how style operates as a tool and shaping how you are perceived, how you make decisions, and how you move through the world.

I’ve never seen style as surface decoration. At its best, it’s a form of communication. It signals standards, intent and identity – whether that’s deliberate or not.

When Style Stops Reflecting Who You Are

At a certain point, what you’re wearing stops reflecting who you’ve become.

Not because you don’t have options – but because the choices no longer feel quite right.

You can feel it in the hesitation. The overthinking. The outfits that look fine, but don’t quite land. The sense that you’re dressing in a version of yourself that no longer fits.

I see this often with women who are evolving in other areas of their lives – stepping into new roles, new environments, or simply a clearer sense of who they are – while their wardrobe still reflects an earlier chapter.

Styling as Strategy - Beyond Surface Level Aesthetics

My approach to styling is structured, considered and grounded in long-term thinking.

This isn’t about chasing trends or accumulating more. It’s about understanding what works, why it works, and how to build a wardrobe that supports you consistently.

We look at identity, proportion, colour, lifestyle, standards and longevity — not in isolation, but as part of a wider system.

The goal is clarity.

When you understand what works for you, decision-making becomes easier. Your wardrobe becomes more coherent. And getting dressed becomes a process that supports you, rather than something you have to think about.

Roberta Style Lee - Style & Creative Direction Consultancy

Roberta Style Lee is the consultancy through which I deliver this work across both private clients and commercial projects.

It brings together personal styling, creative direction, storytelling and a more considered approach to sustainable luxury – one that focuses on quality, provenance and long-term value, rather than short-term consumption.

Private Clients — Personal Styling in London

I work with women who are entering a new chapter – professionally, personally, or internally.

The work is focused on refining how you show up. Not through quick fixes, but through a structured process that brings clarity to your wardrobe and confidence to your decisions.

This can include wardrobe strategy, personal shopping, colour analysis and ongoing styling support – all grounded in a clear understanding of what works for you and why.

Commercial Styling & Creative Direction

Alongside private clients, I work with brands, production teams and media platforms on styling and visual direction.

This includes campaign styling, sustainable luxury positioning, on-set creative direction and brand alignment.

The focus is always the same – ensuring that what is presented visually reflects a clear, considered point of view.

A Structured Approach to Style

All of my work is underpinned by a structured methodology – my unique IMPACT framework, developed over 10-years.

This ensures that every decision – from colour and proportion to sourcing and styling – is intentional, repeatable and built to last.

Rather than relying on instinct alone, the process creates clarity and consistency, allowing style to function as something reliable and considered over time.

Thought Leadership — Style, Identity and Sustainable Luxury

Alongside client work, I write and speak on the evolving relationship between style, identity and sustainable luxury.

This includes:

Press & Industry Recognition

My work and perspective on sustainable fashion have been featured across:

BBC News
Vogue Business
Channel 4
ITV
Harper’s Bazaar Japan

Over the past decade, I’ve seen how sustainability has evolved – and where both fast fashion and surface-level solutions fall short.

What’s emerging now is a more considered approach.

One that values fewer, better decisions.
One that prioritises clarity, alignment and refinement – bridging the gap between quality, longevity and meaning.

Philosophy

Style is never neutral.

It reflects values. It signals identity. It communicates standards –  whether consciously or not.

In my work, sustainable luxury is not about labels or trends. It’s about alignment and how something is made, how long it lasts, and whether it earns its place in your wardrobe.

It’s about choosing with intention.

And building something that holds its value over time.
